Introduction
Welcome to CleanTech By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Services
CleanTech provides local cleaning services within the specified areas. Our services include Post Construction cleaning, bond cleaning, End of Lease cleaning, and other related services as described on our website.
Bookings and Payments
• All bookings must be made through our website or customer service line.
• Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• If you cancel the cleaning within 24 hours, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
• Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.
Touch-up Policy (No Refunds Provided)
• Any concerns must be raised within 3 days of job completion.
• We will return free of charge to address the issue.
If the client refuses the touch-up service provided by CleanTech , or arranges for any repairs, touch-ups, or cleaning work through themselves or any third-party company, full payment for the original service is still required
Refund & Re-clean Policy
At CleanTech , we are committed to helping every tenant secure their full bond refund through professional and compliant cleaning.
To ensure fairness and clarity, our refund and re-clean policy applies as follows:
1. Re-clean Guarantee
If your real estate agent or property manager raises any issues related to cleaning quality during the final inspection, we will provide a free re-clean service for the affected areas.
The request must be submitted within 72 hours of the original cleaning appointment, along with the agent’s inspection report or feedback.
2. No Refunds for Third-Party Re-cleans
If a client hires another cleaning company or third-party service to perform additional cleaning before CleanTech has been given the opportunity to re-clean the property, the re-clean and refund guarantee will no longer apply.
Under these circumstances, no refund will be issued, as CleanTech was not given a fair opportunity to address the issue.
3. Continuous Support Until Approval
We will continue to provide free re-cleans as needed until your property passes the final inspection, provided that feedback is received within the stated time frame and the property remains vacant.
4. Exclusions
• Any new dirt, stains, or damage occurring after our service (e.g., from moving, repairs, or tradesmen) is not covered.
• Access issues or delays caused by locked premises, power/water disconnection, or other non-cleaning factors are not eligible for re-clean or refund.
5. Final Decision
CleanTech reserves the right to determine whether the cleaning issue falls under our re-clean guarantee after reviewing inspection feedback and photos.
Liability
• CleanTech is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
